I've shipped products for Apple, Nike, and IBM—first as an engineer, now as engineering manager. I've shipped code at every layer—APIs, databases, infrastructure, CI/CD. Now I lead cross-functional squads building scalable platforms, internal tooling, and the systems that tie product and engineering together.

My focus is building teams that ship reliable software fast. That means solid architecture, sane abstractions, and increasingly, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development workflows. I care about the craft that compounds: clean APIs, automated pipelines, documentation people actually read.

Right now I'm focused on integrating AI tooling into real development workflows, fixing the CI/CD bottlenecks that slow teams down, and staying ahead of how agents will change what it means to lead an engineering org.
